" After being referred by many people, I was able to see Kathy who has been instrumental in keeping my second breastfeeding journey on course. We met before birth to make a plan and she was able to see me after when we were having issues that first week- now we follow up in a couple when I plan to introduce bottles and all that it entails! "My milk was beginning to deplete, and I could tell my baby wasn't getting full. I began supplementing with formula, but I had really had my heart set on nursing. My milk didn't come in with my first and I so badly wanted to experience the connection that comes with breastfeeding. I was so upset, so I reached out to a family friend who then put me into contact with Monica. Monica came to my house the next day. She made it so comfortable and was able to make a plan for me and my baby. We  figured out that my baby was not latching correctly and in order to help get my supply up she made a strict but doable 48-hour pumping plan. She recommended some supplements and made herself available to get into contact with anytime I needed to. Thank you Monica for making me feel so comfortable and feeling like a friend instead of a client. You are blessed in what you do and your words of encouragement meant so much to me along the way."

 I didn't have a great experience nursing my first baby so when I found out I was pregnant again I wanted to make sure I was proactive in getting help. Beth has been fantastic. I look forward to her visits! She helped me with technique, knowing how much he was getting during each feed, and with supplementing formula. She offered praises, suggestions and I feel like she's looking out for me and my baby. When we realized I wasn't supplying enough she offered suggestions to try and increase my supply. She's been a wonderful resource!

 "I met Kathy over six years ago when my son was born with a cleft palate. Kathy is one of the kindest, calmest, most knowledgeable people I have ever met. The first time we went to the pediatrician after my son was born, the doctor said to expect at least one ear infection per month and that he almost always diagnoses kids with cleft palates as failure to thrive by 9 months. With Kathy's help, I was able to exclusively pump for him for 16 months. He has had 3 ear infections in his entire life and weighed 23 lbs at his one year appointment. The doctor was blown away (and so was I!) I never could have accomplished this without Kathy.  Later she helped me with my two younger daughters as well, diagnosing dairy intolerances with both of them. I was able to breastfeed them until toddlerhood! "
